Dr. Mei Tsai received her Master of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine Degree from South Baylo University in 1994. She received the prestigious President's Award which is only rewarded to one graduating student. She received a special Student Body Award of Appreciation for her dedication and service to her fellow colleagues.  She received her California State Board License in 1997.  She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Oriental Medicine Degree from American Liberty University in 2004.  She was awarded with Best Doctoral Dissertation.

Dr. Mei Tsai founded WellCare Acupuncture, A Professional Corporation in 2010.  In her past 20 years of experience, she has helped thousands of patients ranging from infants, toddlers, children, teens, adolescents, adults, and seniors.  People from all walks of life from students, high school, college and professional athletes, professors, professionals and homemakers, etc. all benefitted from Dr. Mei's results oriented approach.

In addition to her educational achievements, Dr. Mei is a second generation acupuncturist.  Her father passed on his 40+ years of experience including the interpretation of meridian energy measurement.  Dr. Mei also teamed with Flying Samaritans as their acupuncturist and served the rural community in Mexico.
